In additon to the importance of building connections, Sarah also states what PLNs have done for her in her own life: "As a result [of joining PLNs], I have become more empathetic, but I am still a work in progress (as we all are). The more people I meet, the more I see the good in others…the more I see how much we can learn from each other…the more I see how we can help each other."
